Design
U9 Plus looks every bit as stylish and well made as the top phones out there and it’s impossible to tell just by the looks that we’re dealing with a mid-range phone. Although it has a 6.0-inches large screen, but it’s not too heavy and does not tip over when you hold it in the hand. It isn’t though, at 200g it should feel heavy but the weight seems to be spread out well across the metal phone.It has a 2.5D curved display for a smoother touch experience and a comfortable grip.
The buttons are made out of metal as well and are very clicky and responsive. The home button and volume button are on the right side. On the top of phone, there are USB port and 3.5mm headphone jack. The loud speaker is build on the back side.
The back cover, which is removable, is made of plastic but has special texture design. This texture back cover has a fabric-like silky and delicate sense, but also easily avoid to contaminated with fingers, to ensure the cleanliness of the fuselage, beautiful and practical. The frame around the screen is also made of tough plastic but has perfect finish. It is shiny and adds to the style of the device.

Display
A large-sreen U9 Plus has a good visual experience.The U9 Plus comes with a 6-inch HD display that’s slapped with 720p resolution.Although, as for Android phone,now the resolution of 1080p is the mainstream.As we known, high resolution also means with “power quickly”. Overall, the display quality is acceptable, but not exemplary. After all, you get what you pay for, and in this case, the U9 Plus’s screen is right on the money.
The device also makes smart use of ultra-thin 4.0-mm bezels to give it a look and feel that could easily be mistaken for a smaller 6.0-inch phone. U9 Plus has a 200g body with a 8.7mm not so thin body, but it also making a 6.0″ phone fit in such compact dimensions.
Performance
iNew U9 Plus features 64-bit quad-core MediaTek 6735A CPU, ARM Mali-T720 MP2 GPU, and 2GB of RAM for better multitasking. We tested the phone as a daily driver with some basic tasks as well with multimedia and graphic intensive games. It was done well and everything was running smooth and fast.
Camera
It features a 13-Megapixel camera sensor and Auto Focus function. Picture quality is pretty good.The front camera sensor is of 5-Megapixel. Camera quality is moderate, but it can be used for selfies or video calls perfectly.

System
U9 Plus runs on the Android 5.1 OS system. It’s a clean, colorful take with a few new software additions, such as a reworked gallery app and calculator.
Connectivity
From the connectivity side, U9 Plus also does well. It supports two SIM cards which means that you can use it for dual standby. The U9 Plus offers the standard connectivity and location services: Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, and A-GPS. When it comes to network support the U9 Plus doesn’t fall short either, it supports 4G, 3G networks.
Battery
The full HD screen and powerful processor combine for impressive battery performance too. The screen is pretty big, but it’s only in 720p resolution, so it is not draining as much battery as you might have thought. The 3000mAh battery has lasted out for well beyond a day, almost without exception.A full 48-hours isn’t at all out of the question.
Additional feature-Smart wake
This is an additional feature of iNew U9 Plus. It will give you a quick and easy way to open a number of apps directly from the locked screen. For example,you just draw a character “c” on the screen and then the phone will launch the associated app – camera.
